HARD TO START

96 SLT700 Started and ran good the first 2 trips to lake. Idle ok but loaded up in the middle ran good top end. Had someone tell me to and cleaner to fuel. took to lake and had decreasing power all day. at end of day could not get it started. took home and tried to start, a coulpe of time it took but was still hard. i have since drained fuel added new fuel new plugs, charged batt. it will only start a couple of times, then will not start.

I bought ski used and it started every time.
