While removing the stator on my 650 I chipped a
piece of plastic off. I do not know how to explain
what plastic I am talking about other than to say
that it is like a flat shelf. there are several of these tabs each one is around some wire. I hope you can make sense of what I piece I am talking about. Anyhow my question is will this hurt anything?
Everything is still very solid, no loose wire or anything. Or do I have to replace the stator?
If so will a stator from a sl750 work in my sl650?
