cliff, personally, I just re-routed the line around it. Question, where is this "1994 polaris tech update?" I have a '94 sl 750.

    Thanks !

I talked to polaris customer support today and they know nothing about a 94' update. except one on a circut board but that was a long time ago.
i still need to know what this auto cock valve DOES and for sure if it's o.k. to remove it.
I'm going to try the dealer and get them to call the tech team for any tech tips on this.

        cliff,
I have the TSB in PDF format. It is PWC-95-03 which addresses removing the autocock. If you want I can email it to you.
        WE WILL NEVER FORGET!

scott, send 'er to me too, please. (although I figured this one out on my own)

cliff, when you shut off your engine, the autocock valve keeps excess fuel pressure from entering and flooding the engine. To me, if this becomes an issue, when warm, I'll just start it with the throttle open.
