Carb Problem

Anyone ever have a problem with the throttle assembly wearing out carb body, thus sucking in air ???

My throttle assembly has a BUNCH of slop in it....... maybe 1/32 or better.

Fried two motors so far...... Looking for possible causes.....

Yes it is a very common problem with older models, especially ones that run in saltwater.

The fix is to replace the carb bodies.
