Anyone ever replace the oil tubing 96xp

[Ohio96XP]

Wanted to replace the oil injector tubing while I ahve my engine out.
Anyone ever do this?
What did you use to hold the tube on the barbed fitting?
Would wire ties do the trick?

Yes, tie wraps or wire ties, is what I use.

Would like to replace mine too, What type tubing are you using and where did you find it? Need something that will hold up to 2 stroke oil without becoming hard (like mine are now) and will not dissolve.

I ordered the tubing from a sea-doo dealer locally.
I figured it lasted since 1996, it should last me for as long as I'll have the ski.

I was hoping someone would have a lead on buying the right stuff in bulk (by the foot). My ski uses 9 separate hoses and as with everything else for a PWC, to purchase them precut to length is mucho denero just for a few feet of hose.

Hobby shops carry this hose, very cheap prices.

Larger shops will have a variety of hose sizes - Get the stiffer variety.
