Hey i was just trying to install the rotary valve on my 97 xp 787. the valve that came out matches up to the 159 degree valve instead of the part # from factory for the 147 degree valve. im wondering if this valve will work and where should i set the timing on it. thanks

    Re: rotary valve

159 deg cutout is the correct valve - you misread somewhere if you think 147 is the correct size valve. The valve is TIMED to 147.
