720 sea doo Overheats after 3-4 min

my spx exhaust pipe is hot to the touch after running out of water on the
flush kit 3 or 4 min. she will eventually overheat after 5 or 6 min.

In the water she overheat after the 3 or 4 min. shut down and will not turn over . I let her sit for 1 min. and she starts again runs for awile then shuts down.

any Ideas on where this problem is going?

Sounds like you have a clogged up water system and you are siezing the pistons from overheating them.

Start back at the pump and work your way throughout the whole watering system to find your problem.

And check your compression, you may have piston damage.
