Seadoo HX 720 1996

I'm looking at buying one of these - anyone know how fast they go? Also how long could I go on a tank of gas if I wasn't going full throttle? Thanks

well my buddy has one, that was very well put together stock..it runs 54.8 on the gps consistently, and he goes through a tank of fuel in about 3 hours running hard, like almost non-stop!

I have a '95 stock that I bought out of impulse. I don't regret it one bit. I like it better than any other boat I have owned. They are not for inexperienced riders. For the price too, dealers were blowing these out leftovers so cheap in '99 and '00. I picked mine up for just over $1000 with a trailer (slightly used). All it needed was a battery.

3 hours ? Must be the Honda version........ LOL!

The HX gas tank holds enough fuel to run about 1 hr at WOT. 2-3 hours of normal riding, including a few rest stops.
