Can someone please post the carb specs for a 1995 Sea Doo XP! I need them for both carbs, also the turns out on the high/low speed adjusters, and pop-off.

    Thanks You

      Re: 1995 Sea Doo XP

      Bill,

      This 95 XP has:

      MAG:

      HIGH 137.5
      LOW 67.5
      SEAT 1.2

      PTO

      HIGH 135
      LOW 67.5
      SEAT 1.2

Lookig at the Sea Doo CD manual, it is showing a 135 for the high. The carbs don't look like the have been gone threw, but it does have a R&D flame arrestor on it. WE ARE GOING BACK WITH THE STOCK AIR BOX.

Can you let me know if Sea Doo staggard the high speed jets or do you think someone has been in the carbs. Thanks

        Re: 1995 Sea Doo XP

Various models of 720 dual carb motors have varying jetting. For instance, a 1996HX has 130 mains and 75 pilots, but a 1996SPX has 130 & 67.5's, wheras the 1995 XP ( same motor as the 1996SPX) has 137.5 and 67.5's.

I do not think that you will have a problem with the jets that are in those carbs.

          Is it possibly a 95 XP 800?

            Re: 1995 Sea Doo XP

I understand that the motors from year to year have different jetting from year to year even if the motors are the same. The question I have for this ski is I have the mag side carb running a 137.5, and the PTO running a 135. Both carbs are stock, and it don't look like anyone has been in them.

Is this acceptable running the high speed screws out the same on both carbs? Thanks

                Cecil,
Yes it is ok. But, if you are at a high altitude, you may want to opt for the smaller jetting sizes.
