96 gts do-over

friends are giving me a 96 gts w/blown motor and no pump.dont think it has drive shaft,w/o ordering new pump and shaft etc. any suggestions? motor is locked due to salt h2o ingestion.will buy from sbt,just looking for help,Thanks in advance,Trey

somone on here or ebay would have the pump for you iam sure . SBT is the way to go for the shortblock . just make sure to go though your carb and test your oil pump .

bleed the oil line. Start motor on turn on water at idle push the oil pump lever up and hold til you see the bubbles moving towards the manifold. Should not take too long. If you dont see it then it isnt pumping (Thanks Bill)
