Please Help.
I have a 2000 SeaDoo Challenger 1800 jet boat with the 210 carb. Merc engine. I just pulled it from winter storage to prepare for summer. Battery was dead from last season, so we replaced it. Turned power on at main switch, went to crank engine over, and had nothing. All other equipment works (radio, horn, blower, lights etc.) If I remember right, when you turn the key over to "ON", there is a short "beep". It does not do that now. Also, the fuel gauge usually works when the key is in the "ON" position. It does not now. Could the lanyard switch be the culprit, or the key switch itself? Anyone else had this problem? Until now the boat has been perfect. Please Help.Thanks.
