Carb Question!! Help

I just installed my WCM jet kit for my carbs on my 97 SPX but am not sure what the adjuster needles are. Is it the high speed adjuster? Pilot is low speed adjuster right? Like Ive said before Im not the best with carbs. The instructions read exactly like this:

Adjustments:
MAG carb, set the adjuster needles to fully closed.
PTO carb, set the needle adjusters to 1/4 turn out from closed.
Both pilot adjusters, Set adjusters to 3/4 turn out.

Someone help put this in my language please! Thanks.

Mag Carb - High Speed Scews - closed
PTO Carb - High Speed Screws - 1/4 turn out from closed

Both Carbs - Low Speed Screws - 3/4 turn out from closed.

It's best to email Bill about his aftermarket F/A & jet kits.
