i need to jump a wave or air the prop out in order to really get the bike to run at the top of the powerband...why is that??

well i found that my high end needle was turn out 1 1/4 turns....so i put it at were it supposed to be and it runs better at top end but now it seems like it rich on the low end. i have to slap the throttle from idle to wot in order for it to clean it self up. what do you guys think
