  • RXT experience?

Does anybody have an RXT that can give me pointers on wether or not it will suit my purposes, ocean riding exclusively, family towing and impressing the friends that just got yamahas . thanks, ps: i posted a similar question in general some days ago, the query was more generalized but havent gotten the kind of responses that I was looking for, though they were helpful (so dont be insulted guys, just trying to spend my hard earned 10k right).:emoticonb

    Re: RXT experience?

It should suit your stated purposes just fine. It is the fastest stock 3 seater on the planet. It tows like a real boat, and you can pile alot of stuff into and on it. It has a closed cooling system for use in salt water.

In my opinion the RXT would be a good choice for what you describe. Just rode one this weekend. 66 mph on gps, very stable, and plenty of power for towing.

            Re: RXT experience?

i bought two rxp (2 seater) about a month ago and have taken them out mostly in the ocean and have had no problems, they are faster then you can imagine. you can adjust the trim and are very stable in the ocean. the pacific can get pretty rough but they handled it very well plus there is so much power you give it full throttle and you it feels like your comming out of a sling shot. i also tried them on a lake and hit 65 in somewhat rough conditions i cant wait until i take them out on glassy day should be able to hit 70+. cleaning after the ocean is no problem.
