  • Gti codes

    Hi
I have a 2004 GTI-RFI that after stopping and reconnecting the lanyard I recieved the normal 2 beeps but quickly followed by 4 beeps and wwould not start. This hapened 3 times then everything was fine. Does anyone have a chart on what the different combination of beeps means?
    Thanks

Low or bad battery, and/or bad connections in your electrical box.

Thanks for that quick response. Any idea why it only did it those couple times all at once antd then was fine after that.

I'm sorry - ignore that post, it was on the wrong thread! LOL

I would imagine you have a bad connection in your box giving you an intermittant connection, and thus the codes.

Each time you plug a Sea Doo DESS lanyard in. you need a minimum of 8 seconds between plug-ins for the computer to reset itself. I usually wait 15 seconds.
