  • Water in the block

Noticed from previous post about water. At what point does the engine get hot enough to boil the water out of the crankcase? If it does not get hot enough do you have to maintain high rpm for a time period?

After riding I like to start the engine after its on the lift and rev it a few times. (somtime I fog it too) Is that a good thing to do to get the water out of the cooling system.

    Thanks for the tips

its best to blow out the water after the engine has cooled , that way it will not draw in any mosture from the exhust . but any flushing and fogging after riding helps 100% to keep rust away .
