Rotary valve differences

What would be the difference between a 147 degree valve versus a 159 degree valve? The reason I asked is had a 147 degree and when I went to purchase a new valve the replacement part was a 159 degree.
It now seems I do not have the power I had once had would this make much difference?

the timing is off , go get a 147 and replace it
