01' 951 rx has no electric current ( bill ehlp me)

I have a seadoo 951 rx(carb) and i just rebuilt the engine. Any how there is absoulty no power to the display panel. The safty lanyard swith does not do the beaps but is fine. If i push the start button 5x's and there should be beeps but there isn't. I don't beleive the mpem is getting power or i didn't test it right. Any body had this probelam before? Any body have ides on what to test and how. Or what might be wrong.

Did you check the battery and make sure it is fully charged?

Yes i checked the battery, it has 12.9 volts and a full charge.

Ground wires on magneto cover?
Main ground wire on engine?
Main power fuse at MPEM?
Connector at mpem?

Got a test light ? Start checking for power.
