Is it a sp or gsx?

I am wondering since i bought my seadoo last year i was told it was a 1990 sp model but found a gsx sticker on it?
what are some characteristics of each so i can figure out which model it actually is?

what are the last two digits of the hull ID I highly doubt it is a GSX as they did not even make them then. But it may be a GT On the rear of the ski is there a serarate mat on the very back top or is it two mats that go around the side on the top? What about on the front what type of hood do you have? Is it kind of just a square or is it elongated? One seat or Two?

Well, they didn't make the GSX for another 6 years, so...lol


Look at the last two digits of the VIN on the back of the ski, that's your year.

Sea Doo made two models in 1990. A two seater SP and a three seater GT. You have one or the other if it is really a 1990 model..
