1 Warning beep after shut off

I'm on the 2nd tank of fuel for break-in process. After running up and down RPM's for about 20-30 minutes, we decided to beach it and take a break. Just as I hit the kill button, I heard a short beep. No other beeps are heard any other time (except when putting in the key). It happened 2 other times upon stopping and hitting the red kill button. Manual didn't help. Why the beep after hitting the red off button?
