787 Engine Popping

While cruising at low to mid throttle the engine pops and spits. After mid throttle and at idle engine runs fine. I rebuilt the carbs and top end. Compression is 150 each. Low speed 1.5 turns. Highs are 0, Nipped the plug wires, changed plugs and gapped em. Now what?
