Thru Hull Fitting

I Need To Change The Thru Hull Fitting On My 94 Xp Everything Is Disassembled But I Dont See How To Get It Out Any Certain Way To Remove And Install A New One

The metal replacement fitting is a bit smaller so you can just cut the
plastic tube flush and glue the new one inside.

i dont know what you mean when you say cut it flush you dont have to remove the old one?

You do not need to take it out. The new one slips inside of the old one. You just cut it off evenly with a hack saw blade.
