what is the oil mixture for break-in a new top end on 97 gtx?i heard 4 oz??how many tanks for break in...?thanks..

one tank 40 to 1 one tank 32 to 1

Frankey, that would be backwards. 32-1 is more oil than 40-1. But I would do neither because that is wayyyy toooo much oil with an oil injected jetski.

100-1 is more like a breakin ratio with an oil injector. I usually don't even do that.
