  • Bent shaft & leaking seal

The last time out the wife friend caught a rope in the impellor. The got it out and kept riding. This weekend I noticed that we have a leak at the driveshaft seal. The hose clamp holding the seal on keeps coming off as there is a slight wobble/bend in the drive shaft. I replaced the hose clamp and the leaking stopped. now I have more cavitation. How much wobble is acceptable in the drive shaft. You can't feel it while riding?

    Thanks
    John Laubach

Bill I got the pump thanks

0 wobble , you will damage your jet pump and your crank shaft
