I have a small problem when my motor gets warm the RPM drop to 6000.
if I pull off the Rave Valve cover and springs rpm go back to 6800.
motor get cold works perfect again. any ideas?

I have replaced everything in the rave valves, all hose, and I clean them all the time
oh and cleaning when the problem occurs makes no change.

What condition are the rave valve shafts in ? How about the pods? Is something warming up enough to grab the shaft on the rave valve a causing it to sieze up in the pod, keeping it from moving? Are the little holes in the pod or the clyinders that let the exhaust pressure into the rave diaphram clogged up with old residue?
