97 GSX Impellor Remove (how to)???

how does the impellor come out of the housing??? is it threaded on or pressed on, I see the end of the shaft has flat ends, can I put it in a vise and thread it off, or use a hammer and punch??:emoticonc

The flat end is for holding the shaft,and yes,it does thread off the shaft.


Some Sea-Doo models use loctite on the threads,and you may hafta use a little heat.

ok, thanks, got it off Bustoff, used a pipe wrench on it, and it threaded off (I'm a farmer)
