My bro's 99 SPX was running then after shutting it down he had no beeps, no guages, nothing. Towed it back and switched out the battery, checked the post and the start stop switch, checked all connections and fuses. All of which checked out. I only have the tech CD up to 97, and it looks like on the 99's the rev limiter is part of the MPEM is that correct? If thats the case this MPEM only fits the 99? Anyone have a static test list for this MPEM? Thanks for the help in advance...this is the only WORTHY jetski web forum!!

It would have to be some serious timing...woundnt the motor die if it came loose? I guess it could be corroded but there was no hint of problems before he shut it off. Worth looking at though...THX man Tech support?97 SPX built to go fast, and jump...What YOU got?Comment

the cables rot from the inside at the engine side most of the time , when they go they go . have youchecked all fuses ?PRIDE IN SERVICE<br /> <img src="http://www.sbtontheweb.com/images/forposts/4609/1.jpg" alt=" - " />Comment
