Re: my sea doo sounds over heating warning
first , make sure your engine is really over heating . it could be a bad sender. if you can use a temp gun that would work best but if not the engine should be ok to touch when running . does it stop buzzing when riding normal ?
things to check will be the jet pump { make sure the inside is not warped }
the small fitting going out of the ski at the rear exhust outlet they tend to clogg.
depending on where it was used you might want to pull the head and check the block for sand or mud if you cant find the problem .PRIDE IN SERVICE

Re: my sea doo sounds over heating warning
I replaced the sensor and it doesn't overheat any more but now when you run full throttle you get a miss. If you run about 95% throttle it runns great. could this be plugs or a rev limiter of some kind or is there something else I need to check it is all stock except I mix my own gas I don't use the oil pump so I wouldn't think I hit the rev limit. but I don't know that is why I am asking for any sugestions.
Thank you for all your help Everyone

Re: my sea doo sounds over heating warning
I want to pull the inpeller and look at it but I am not sure what that involves. Am I going to have to replace a lot of orings and seals or which parts do I need to have on hand befor opening the inpellor shaft. Also should I buy an inpellor shaft? Is that most likely the problem?
