  • 95 Bombadiar Fouled Plugs....

    Hello,

Well now that my Wife's 94 runs like a dream, thanks to the SBT Engine I put in last year, My 95 has some issues. (Just our Luck)

My 95 flies and usually starts right up. I can use it for about an hour or so and then it may dog or stop. If I stop it, it wont start easily unless you change the plugs or let it sit for about 10-15 minutes.

It seems the plugs are fouled. Could it be the oil that was used? (I didnt put it in last year, I bought it from someone) - My choke is alittle messed too, its always closed and its tough to open, but that shouldnt be the issue....

Could it be the carb? Should I convert to a premix system, I have the kit from when I ordered my engine... Could I use hotter plugs?

Any help?? This season is Buffalo IS AWESOME and Im missing out :(

    Thanks
    Scott

Remove the carbs and rebuild them using new needles and seats. Check the fuel selector valve to see if it is clogged up.

Thanks Bill - I was thinking about a carb rebuild. Any good places to get one for the 95 (I think 650 Engine)?
