  • Hose Question

Just replaced a motor in a 92 SP that was a project that I inhierited.
The only hose I'm not able to find a home for is one that is attached to a plastic box inside the hull just below the seat latch. The hose is clear and attached to a white 90 elbow fitting. Any help finding a home for the end of the hose to attach to would be greatly appreciated. What is the purpose of the box????
Could find nothing in the manual.

    THanks

    Re: Hose Question

sounds like the bailer hose , there should be 2 of them the black box { should have holes in the bottom} will go next to the hump where the drive shaft goes though the hull . held in place with a steel clip .

          Re: Hose Question

It is an air vent for the battery fumes to exit the hull. Connect the other end to the battery vent fitting.
