717/720 needle bearing count

A search turned up 34 per piston, I'm just looking for clarification and then I'l go away!

IS there a caged version for the 717/720 (stock rod)

Not for OEM, or that fit OEM rods. Only aftermarket rods take the caged bearings.

OEM rods can use caged bearings { they dont come stock in a seadoo } but they work fine , ive been using them for yrs . i wouldnt use cageless unless i have no choice .

Which brand(s), Chris, because ours are a smaller diameter?

i use WSM bearings unless i get one of your cranks then i use your bearings since they come with the shaft .
