XP vs XP limited

Does anyone know what the difference is between say a 1999 or 2000 xp and the limited version ??

The only difference that I know of is the locations of the air intake holes. The 99's are on the nose under the hood, and smaller ones at the hood latch/fuel filler area. The 2000+ models blocked off the nose intakes, enlarged the rear intakes and added two more intakes right under the seat. Other than that, I beleive they are identical.

1998 - 1999 are XP Limiteds
2000-2002 are XP
2003 and 2004 are XP-DI

1999-2002 there are no major differences other than the ones mentioned. The 99 XPL has all the updates that caused failures in 98.
