i hop i am not jumping into the post i have a ? on the crank trying to save some money is there a way to take the bearing s off the crank the outer one,s and if so what tool do i need for the job if any i no i can send them to a machine chop trying to do it my self ?

Outer brearings can be removed with a press if you know how to do it without galding the crankshaft surfaces. The trick is to press the new bearings into the proper place, as spacers are needed to align the bearings.Bill O'Neal <br>
