Am I screwed??

My son being the helpfull child that he is decided to flush my 97 sea doo GS for me, I asked him how he did it and he is not sure but he thinks he turned water on then engine and then engine off and lastly water. this only happened a short while ago so please tell me what do I look for or what do I do first.:emoticond

Pull the sparkplugs out and push the starter button. If no water comes out he did good.
