718cc question on crank change

Can you put a 787 crank in a 718? The bore is the same the stroke is different. I have a chance to pick up a sled cheep with a burnt 718. I was going to need a crank and noticed the bore difference and got thinking...Horse power. Any body know? I think the 718 also dose not have the exaust rave on the chamber, like the 787. What will I need to change besides the crank.
