Stock bore size is 88.0 mm, the piston must be smaller by at least 0.09 mm. And that's the size of your pistons, 87.91 mm!

Thank you, and what would be the next size up that I should bore to? 88.25?

The cylinders have some good ware marks so should I just have the holes rebored or should I just hone and replace stock.

If they have visible wear, they need to be bored; however, you need to take them to someone locally to make the exact detemination for the proper size pistons/bore.

more than likely you could go to the only oem oversize which is 88.16 or so.
if not oem then you can get .25 .5 ect oversize thru sbt or wsm
          I would go oem.

88.16mm+0.09mm=88.25mm, the cylinder bore is .25mm oversize....

The pistons measure 87.91mm so, 87.91mm+0.25mm=88.16mm (1st and only OEM oversize)

SBT offers pistons in the follwing oversizes ,0.50mm, 1.0mm, and 1.50mm; that's 88.41mm, 88.91mm, and 89.41mm respectively! here's the link:
