I am in Campbell, TX>..I see you are in Sulphur Springs. I had a bad starter relay....I replaced it and it was a success...then after starting once the motor died...I tried to restart and head grinding coming from Flywheel box..

Any grinding noise is not something you can fix from outside the magneto cover.
You need to remove the magneto cover, then the magneto flywheel. You will find one of three things wrong. Either the ring gear has started working it's way off of the flywheel and is rubbing against the front of the engine cases (the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel), or the flywhell is rusted up badly and the magnets are making contact with the stator, or the stator plate base has broken loose from the cases.
