Re: Breaking RAVE valves, melting RAVE caps
I had the same problem where my caps kept melting. It was my fault, I had cleaned them and when I reinstalled I didnt have the bottom part of the bellows sealed. It would melt the plastic part every few hours. Finally figured it out and have not had a problem since. until Yesterday when my rave valve broke and got jammed up in the piston. top part and bellows still look fine except the spring that goes around the edge to hold everything together had come off.
