rave valve question

i have a 93 gtx -(787) and im making the switch to an 800
as im switching parts over from 787 to the 800 and im installing the rave valves

i noticed the valve(s) hits the piston--luckily for me i turned the engine by hand as if i was expecting them to hit ---i could count the rings as they passed the valve .

so ....

whats the recomended cure
replace the valves with the correct ones? or file down the old ones ?

and ....
if i have to replace the valves , can i get away with just changing the guilotine or do i have to replace the body,spring/cap ,ect?

has anyone done this swap ??

You are seriously confused. First, the GTX only had the 787 in 1996 & 1997. Secondm the 787 IS the 800.
