I have to feather the throttle, then it will take off for a few seconds, then bog down. It will cut off if I hold on full throttle. It just won't get upt o speed. I appreciate ant theories as to the problem. I have taken it to a mechanic, that is highly reccomended in the area. I am told the machine has average compression, and it runs well. I'm sure it does run well in shop, out of the water, get iit in the water, and it runs like sh....
