No Fuel to Carbs

I just installed a SBT 657x in my 94 xp. every thing looks good but I am not getting any fuel to the carbs or in the lines. I do have spark. I followed the diagram for the fuel lines the best I could. The line from the fuel filter to the pto carb and the line direct from the tank to the mag carb, short hose to connect the two carbs and the pulse line to the crank case. I didn't see a pump in the manual. Can anyone help. do I need to rebuild the carbs to get the fuel to pump? please help i am going on vacation next week.

Please post pics of how you have everything routed. The line from the main filter is the fuel in and should be at the bottom fitting. The pump is at that fitting.
