  • SBT cylinder exchange question?

I'm getting ready to do a top engine rebuild for my 94 Sea Doo gtx. I decided to go with the whole cylinder exchange deal they have. Well, I ordered the parts and got a call from SBT to verify my order and she asked me if I was running a SBT crank. I told her no it was stock. She said that I would have to purchase wrist pin bearings from sea doo because theirs were too big. My question...since the wrist pin bearings I have are fine why can't I just reuse them? Are SBT's wrist pin a different size or something? Please advise.

    Thanks,
    Jason

Yes caged and uncaged bearings have different ODs. You can reuse your rollers if they are in perfect shape.

Ok....thanks!! So basically if I need new rollers all I need to do is order OEM rollers....nothing special...right?

      Thanks again,
