  • Do Carbs need to be adjusted ?

I have just finished installing my new 657 rotax from SBT. Everything went great but the question is when we fired it up, the motor didnt want to idle and seemed just a little rough. I put a new set of plugs in and smoothed the roughness out but the idle was still a problem.
Should i do any adjustments on the carbs other than increase the idle or just run it a little while and see if it settles down?

    P.S.
    Thanks SBT THE MOTOR SOUNDS GREAT ! ! ! ! !

Make sure your idle speed is high enough - 3000 out of the water.

Don't have a RPM guage. What is the best way to find out the rpm's?

Have someone who is familiar with how it sounds set it, or compare it to another ski in the water, they should pull at 2-3mph at idle.
