Just bought a 99 GTX...Loose Fuel Line? Help!

Hey everyone.

Im new to this board...just got a 1999 Sea Doo GTX Fuel Injected.

I was installing a new battery just now and see what looks to be a fuel line laying back near the battery. I followed it back to the front and its coming from the left side of the fuel tank...

Should this be pluged in somewhere? I really dont feel like paying some guy like $100 to stick a loose hose somwhere or to tell me everything is fine....?
