Just rebuilt both carbs. Low speed screw at 1 1/2 turns out. Hi speed screw at 1/8 turn out. Pop off at 32 and 34 psi. Started ski on trailer runs for about 20 seconds at 1600 rpm then starts to load up then dies. Not sure where to go from here.

If you did not replace the needle valves in each carbureator, you need to replace them. In order for gasoline to enter the motor, it has to get past those needle valves. It is possible that the tip on the diaphram is holding the lever for the needle valves cracked open a bit if you usede aftermarket rebuilding kits. To check for that, pump up the pressure in the carbs to 20 psi through the inlet fitting and hold your finger over the return fitting. It needs to hold the pressure for at least 30 seconds without leaking any PSI off. If not, either the diaphrams are holding the levers open, or you need new needle and seat valves.
