951 in a 95 xp...

Hey guys, i recently picked up a 95 xp and some 96xp electronics at a boat yard i found. I bought the 95 xp for about 30$. Its not missing anyparts, but the 720 is completely rusted out. Since i picked it up for so cheap, i wanted to throw a 951 highly modded engine into it. Ive been reading alot about it and just want some specific information. Any insight is appreciated. What pump and impellor would i need? electronics? any other secrets?

There is a couple of guys at the PWCTODAY.COM website who have done this conversion. Try asking over there. One guy even has pictures.
