95 Sea Doo XP Random Tube From Right Front of Hull

On My seadoo I found a white clear tube that runs no where. The tube is 4 Feet long, and comes from the right front of the hull, where it connects to outisde of the hull, a very small hole.

Reviewing the hull diagrams I dont see where it shows this. I would like to know what this is, and what it is suppose to connect to. I can take pictures if necessary. It does not look like any sort of aftermarket product.

wouldnt the battery vent come from the battery box? i thought it was the vent for the fuel thru the selector valve

The fuel vent is on the left side
