Timing 951 engine

I recently purchased a 951 engine from SBT and have installed it in my seadoo. After installation, the engine will not start. The engine is firing and getting fuel. I believe that the timing is off. During the installation of the magneto on the flywheel, is there a timing mark that must be aligned to insure correct timing?
