1997 seadoo XP warning buzzer ?

I hava a 1997 seadoo xp. Does anyone know if there is a low oil/overheat warning buzzer? If so where on the ski is this located.

The beep comes from a piezo mounted on the handle bar cover. Look on the side that faces the front of the ski - a little set of holes in the plastic can be seen there.

You'll have to remove the grips, the screws under the plastic cover and the allen set screws on the throttle/start button modules.

I don't recall if it beeps at you mid-ride if the temp/oil goes too high - would you really be able to hear it with the engine noise? The red light with the "!" should come on though.

there is a lil led/light right above the gas gauge that has a oil can next to it.. it lights and makes a beepin sound when the oil level in the oil tank gets low..
