1995 gtx fuse

my 1995 gtx has no power going to the guages.i checked the purple wire and no voltage present. i see the electrical box on the left side of the engine.is there a fuse??? if so how do i get to it .i see the latches holding cover but it looks impossible ot get out???

I think its like my GTS if so remove battery and the box will come out enough to open , it has 2 fuses in it , mine has a 5amp and 15 amp

thanks for the reply tommypic. i managed to get the electrical box out.both fyuses check good. i really dont know what wire supplies the power to the gauges.neither gauge works.acts as if no power.need to know what wire and approx.voltage for gauges,also where they ground. thanks in advance.
